Initial Comments:
This report is the result of an occupancy survey conducted on October 29, 2024, with continued document review until December 19, 2024, at the Greater Pittsburgh Surgery Center, Jefferson Hills, which included the adddition of the following services: Basket Extraction, Cystocele Repair and Female slings, Circumcision, Cystoscopy and Cystourethroscopy, Epididymectomy, Epididymovasostomy, ESWL, Hydrocelectomy, Incision and Drainage genitalia prostate abscesses, Meatotomy, Irrigation of the Corpus Cavernosum, Orchiectomy and Orchiopexy, Pelvic Exam Under Anesthesia, Penile Implants, Sacral Neuromodulation, Urological biopsy bladder, prostate, and Urological lesion excision and a new physician. Based on the occupancy survey, it was determined the facility was in compliance with all applicable requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Ambulatory Care Facilities, Annex A, Title 28, Part IV, Subparts A and F, Chapters 551-573, November 1999 and the current edition of the Guidelines for Design and Construction of Outpatient Facilities.
